Through recent headlines and interactive case studies, this course seeks to find and explain the synergy between the fundamental principles of ethical conduct and the effect certain business practices will invariably have on E&O risk management. This course is approved for 3 NJ CE credits.

Even if you’ve been with us before, READ the following items BEFORE the scheduled start time: 1. Verify that your computer has the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. To verify, or to download the latest version for free visit https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . Note that Flash Player may not be compatible with your smartphone or tablet. If you wish to take the Webinar on your smartphone or tablet, please read item #7 below. 2. Do NOT wait until the last minute log in! LOG IN AT LEAST 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO START TIME to allow time for troubleshooting if needed and to download a PDF copy of the slides. 3. Select “Enter as a Guest” and type your full first and last name EXACTLY as it appears on your insurance license (no initials, nicknames, etc.) 4. Each registered individual must be logged in at their own work station in order to receive credits. Group viewing is not an option for CE. 5. Pay close attention to your instructor’s opening comments. Important rules including the attendance policy will be reviewed. Persons who do not attend the Webinar will not be able to transfer their registration to another class or receive any type of refund. 7.
