Discussion will include an overview of the Legal Aspects of Agency Law\, privacy acts and laws that affect the insurance industry. Attendees will discuss memorable legal cases that impact industry and will discuss some of the issues and concerns insurance professionals must consider in dealing with the consumer and the exposures that may create Errors and Omissions Claims.\nSection II- Technical Development Certificates of Insurance\, The Good\, Bad & Ugly\nThis course examines the primary tools used by organizations to transfer liability to others through contracts and additional insured endorsements and the issuance of a Certificate of Liability.
