Our webinar includes a discussion of coastal exposures relative to insurance and risk management alternatives Participants will examine some of the unique loss exposures of coastal property owners, the issues and considerations when insuring these types of properties and coverage options.  Discussion will also include the underwriting issues from both the carrier versus the agent/client perspective when placing coverage.

Section I- Technical Review - The Ins and Outs of Contractors Specialty Coverages
This webinar examines a variety of inland marine exposures faced by contractors and the policies available to cover those exposures.  We will discuss builders’ risk coverage, installation floaters and contractors’ equipment policies.  For each topic, we will discuss the coverage afforded by commonly used forms and some of the exclusions to watch out for.    

Section III – Technical Review - E&O Defenses & Preventions for the Automated Agency
This webinar will provide a discussion on Errors & Omissions for the Automated Agency.  Focus will be on duties of insurance professional and the agency/insurer relationship created by agency contracts and identifying some of the automated processes that may increase an E&O exposure as well as prevention and procedures to minimize, reduce or eliminate errors and omissions claims.
