Section I- Professional Skills & Techniques
Those Hard-to-Place Risks -The current insurance market continues to change because of market conditions and world affairs in both personal and commercial lines. These current industry trends can present unique insurance challenges when providing coverage for your clients. We will examine and focus on a variety of coverage areas and underwriting considerations with a focus on personal lines that need to be addressed when providing coverage with those hard-to-place risks. 

Section II – Technical Review
Commercial General Liability (CGL) – Clients and their business partners, Oh MY! That is when all the fun begins, and insurance professionals are asked to assist the client in tailoring coverage to meet their needs and contractual obligations under their insurance and risk management programs. We will discuss the CGL including common policy exclusions, which highlights the gaps in coverage faced by many commercial risks. We will discuss many of the endorsements and policies that are available to address some of these risk exposures and tailor the CGL coverage to 

Section III – Professional Skills & Techniques
Identifying and Preventing Fraud - The Agent's Role & Perspective
With Insurance Fraud on the rise and costing our industry billions of dollars annually, we will discuss the role of the agent and their involvement in the identification and prevention of insurance fraud claims. We will identify the distinct types of insurance fraud in the insurance industry and identify some preventative workflows that can be implemented to assist in preventing or minimizing fraud claims. Risk management and underwriting techniques will be shared to enable the professional to provide the best level of service to their clients.
