The homeowner policy can be adapted by the use of special endorsements to cover some other residential exposures, such as mobile home ownership and incidental farming operations. However, these policies do not and cannot cover all residential loss exposures individuals' face. This program describes these and other types of personal insurance policies and endorsements that provide coverage for exposures such as Dwellings, Personal Umbrella, Personal Inland Marine Floaters, Watercraft Insurance, Government Insurance Programs and others.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning on taking the optional exam for this course. The one time online exam code will be included with your book and must be administered by either a CPCU or Licensed Manager in your office.* If you are only taking the class for the continuing education credits you do not need to take the exam.
In order for you to obtain this designation you must take all of the required exams.
