Gain the confidence to accurately and efficiently identify and assess commercial loss exposures. Course topics include an introduction to commercial property, causes of loss and coverage forms, business income insurance, and other commercial property coverage forms.
Ethics Requirement: All students must complete and pass the exam for Ethical Guidelines in order to earn the designation.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning on taking the optional exam for this course. The one time online exam code will be included with your book and must be administered by either a CPCU or Licensed Manager in your office.* If you are only taking the class for the continuing education credits you do not need to take the exam.
In order for you to obtain this designation you must take all of the required exams.
