OBJECTIVE: To teach insurance professionals about the important things to consider when issuing Certificates of Insurance for contractors and some of the coverage issues surrounding them.
DESCRIPTION:
Contractor insureds and their agents are all too familiar with issues regarding Certificates of Insurance, as well as endorsements often requested with them. This course will review various considerations for agents when issuing certificates and discuss ways to avoid common problems and errors. Issues regarding Additional Insureds, Waivers of Subrogation, and other requests frequently made of agents will be addressed.
