Description

Both cyber claims and employment practices (EPL) claims share something in common: Troubling incidents are on the rise, and today's cyber and EPLI policies offer coverages that agents must tailor to their clients' risk profiles. This course provides a deep dive into cyber coverage and a briefer overview of the EPLI coverage forms. Participants will learn about the coverages available for both cyber exposures and employment practices and be able to better assist their clients in protecting themselves from cyber and employment risks.
