This class is one of a two-class series that explores coverage provided under the Homeowners Policy. This session focuses specifically on the liability coverage provided under the policy as well as eligibility, definitions, and policy conditions. The material is based on ISO's Homeowners 3 - Special Form HO 00 03, but will discuss areas of coverage where policy language may vary in carrier proprietary forms. Included are several Discussion Points, E&O Tips, and chapter review questions. It is recommended (but not required) that this class be taken prior to COVERAGE ESSENTIALS: Homeowners Coverage, Part II.
