He will begin with a brief review of how the entire field began and how industry forms developed to respond to the risk. Turning to where the market currently is placed, Rick will discuss pricing, coverages, and perhaps most importantly, underwriting considerations for successful placement. The second half of the session is a deeper look at 'next level' topics such as the blurry line between crime and cyber coverage, how case law is affecting the scope of coverage, and the most recent developments in forms, such as the 'acts of war' exclusion.
