Included also will be the rules of reading policies, understanding how to read exclusions and exceptions to exclusions, and interpreting keywords and phrases. Recent comment after the class: The refresh was an outstanding idea because, with automation being what it is today, we tend to shortcut and rely on the carrier to do our jobs.
