Eleven years have passed since ISO promulgated major changes to the Homeowners' program. There have been several reactive changes during this period, but in 2022, ISO introduced a multistate/nationwide filing that results in several major changes to the HO program.

In 2022, ISO:

• Introduces a NEW (yes, new) Homeowners' form – the HO 00 14;
• Introduces 13 new endorsements;
• Makes revisions to 120 forms and endorsements; and
• Withdraws 11 forms and endorsements.
