As we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the insurance industry, it becomes increasingly evident that nurturing and empowering our Young Agents is crucial for the future. Established in 1974, the YAC chapter of the Big I New Jersey has been a cornerstone for connecting, networking, and fostering the growth of young agents. 

Our mission is clear: to provide a platform for young agents to connect with peers, network with carriers/vendors, develop leadership skills, gain industry insights, contribute to community welfare, and ultimately shape the future of the insurance sector. Over the years, we've witnessed significant growth in our Young Agent Council, and we've achieved this by organizing events that resonate with the younger generation.

To ensure the success of these events, we rely on external support, and we're excited to present our annual sponsorship package. This streamlined approach aims to assist companies in managing budgets and minimizing the burden of sponsorship requests throughout the year. We offer three distinct sponsorship levels - Platinum, Gold, and Silver - each open to negotiation and customization to align with your specific goals.

Benefits Include:
• Social Events: We host two main events annually, one in Spring and one in Fall, providing a relaxed atmosphere for YAC members of all ages to come together, network, and grow.
• Golf Outing: This highly successful event includes a foursome, hole signage, sponsorship of the beverage cart, breakfast, dinner, and any associated games.
• Extra Event Passes: In addition to the allocated number of attendees, sponsors receive extra passes to bring in agents, co-workers, spouses, or any desired guests.
• Marketing Exposure: 
   • Inclusion on the YAC website and all email/flyer advertisements.
   • Access to attendee lists with contact information before and after each event (for contact purposes only/not mass email lists).
   • Logo featured on a poster backdrop displayed at each event (size proportional to sponsor level).
   • Platinum sponsors will have highlighted speaking time at our social events.
